hi there, I’m Linh.

I research about human experience and use my mixed-methods research superpower to connect the dots.

I have a super cute dog named Ramen (he’s a Shiba Inu)

in my working tenure,

I’ve worked at small and big tech companies, academic institute.

I hold a M.S. in Human-Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington, and a B.A. in Psychology from Seattle University.

I got into the human-centered design field

because I want to make technology more accessible. When I taught a technology class to an audience of all first time users at a Vietnamese community center, I saw how they struggled to understand simple features that designers and developers assumed were obvious. I want to work in the field that bridge the gap between technologies and the people they purport to help.

outside of work,

I do Taekwondo, read books, learn my third language, and cycle through a number of creative hobbies, including drawing, playing the piano, crocheting. I (kind of) make liking Shiba Inu my personality, so now my friends only gift me shiba inu-related products for my birthdays.

Recently, I’m addicted to building Lego.
